Pass Your Instrument On In Highland
Highland Council is asking people with unwanted and unused musical instruments in their homes if they ‘Gave it up?' to ‘Pass it on!' during Pass it on Week which runs from 10 - 18 March 2018. Pass it on Week is Scotland's annual celebration of re-use promoted by Zero Waste Scotland and recycle for Scotland.

Only the best is good enough for Highland Young Musicians
Around 250 young musicians from across the Highlands have been busy rehearsing for their unique showcase Concerts Festival which will feature the eight diverse groups working under the umbrella of Highland Young Musicians. Held in the Osprey Arena at MacDonald Aviemore Resort on Saturday 17th March, the first of the days concerts (at 3pm) will feature ‘snas; Còisir G (with special guests Calum Alex McMillan and Innes White) and Highland Regional Youth Orchestra with Highland Youth Choir and guests Dingwall Choral Society performing John Rutter's ‘Sprig of Thyme'.8/3/2018

The Story of a Life by Grayson Perry
Julie Cope is a fictional character created by Grayson Perry - an Essex everywoman whose story he has told through the two tapestries and extended ballad presented in a new exhibition from the Crafts Council. The Essex House Tapestries: The Life of Julie Cope (2015) illustrate the key events in the heroine's journey from her birth during the Canvey Island floods of 1953 to her untimely death in a tragic accident on a Colchester street.
Printmaking in the North
An exhibition featuring work by printmakers with a strong connection to northern Scotland. 9th March - 3 April 2018.

*** Note this event takes place in the Pulteneytown People's Project (PPP) ***Inside a replica of a Bedouin tent in the Pulteneytown People's Project, the audience sits on pillows and cushions. Around the top of the tent above a panoramic screen for projections, a starlit sky is visible.

Princesses Of Pop At Mackays Hotel!
Meet the combined Princesses of Pop, Little Mix Magic and Simply Ariana! These all-singing, all-dancing girls will be performing all the top tunes for an excellent event of fun, singing and dancing. The show comes with a meet and greet where big and small kids alike can pose for a picture with the band and Ariana.
