TRANSFORM CAITHNESS/CRUTH-ATHARRAICH GALLAIBH
Hunter/Mac an t-Sealgair

Hunter is a major new theatre event created and performed by 150 Thurso High School students and local people. This mysterious thriller takes audiences on a surprising and magical evening journey through the streets of Thurso.

Hunter is directed by the award-winning duo of John Tiffany and Steven Hoggett (Black Watch), who are working alongside a team of professional theatre artists from the National Theatre of Scotland.

This major local collaboration is created by a Company of 150 people. Over 100 young people from Thurso High School have been involved in developing performance, movement, music and creative writing for the event. There are also significant contributions from local community groups including the Thurso Players, the Melvich Gaelic Choir, the Ormlie Youth Drama Group, the Ormlie Young Mother's Group and the Kaithness Kickers.

Hunter takes place over 90 minutes in a variety of indoor locations in Thurso and audiences will walk from venue to venue. Please dress appropriately in case of poor weather.

7.30pm doors open / 7.45pm start
