James Ross & New Caithness Music inspired by Johnston Collection

Wick born pianist James Ross has composed a piece based on the wonderful historic photographs taken around Wick over a period of 100 years by three generations of the Johnston family.

James who grew up admiring these photographs and has been thinking about this project for some years will be performing on piano with Carol Ella on viola at the Pulteney Parish church on 11th November to a background of projected images from the Johnston Collection .
