Caithness Kids At MAD Ultimate Street Dance Challenge

Rush.dance has just completed a massive Scottish Street dance competition in Motherwell. (MAD Ultimate Street dance Challenge)
The group all travelled down to Motherwell and stayed overnight before competing on the Sunday.
Results on the day!!
Four Rush dancers competing in U 8’s – (There were 50+ kids competing in this section)
Tyler Hutton 2nd place
Chloe MacGregor 5th place
Semi’s (last 11) Laya Cowie, Jodi Maclean
U10’s – Rhiannon Mackay 2nd place - (There were 50+ kids competing in this section)
U12’s – Drew Hourston 2nd place, Jodi Budge made the Quarter’s - (There were 50+ kids competing in this section)
U14’s Inter – Iona McLachlan 7th place.
U16 Duo’s – Rebecca Miller / Iona McLachlan 7th place.
All the kids done me proud as this was a massive Scottish comp with really big sections which they had to dance their way to them results, they certainly held their own on the day.. with other great comments from other teachers on how well the kids are doing!

MAD street dance championships February 2016
Rush.dance has just competed at MAD street dance championships in Motherwell. Mad is always a big Scottish street dance comp with all the very best dancers from around Scotland but again our Rush.dance kids performed their way to making finals and bringing home trophies with our Advanced Duos Laya and Chloe taking the top u12 spot and our youngest of our group U8 Novice dancers taking all the top 3 places, 1st Ava, 2nd Hannah and Troy 3rd place.Rushdance WOW them at Aviemore Comps
Rush.dance kids achieve back to back wins at two massive comps, Rush have just competed at MJN promotions Hip Hop festival in Aviemore. Once again the Rush kids have stepped up, delivered and came home with a 25 trophy haul, winning 14 Championship titles and (Tops Off Winners) the very best Hip Hop dancers of the day in Junior and Senior sections.

Rush.dance Youngest Team Member Shows Talent In Perth
Rush.dance have just competed at UDO Central Scotland street dance championships in Perth, this is the first Qualifier for next year's World street dance championships. The youngest memebr of the Rush.dance team Emma Thain came away as the runner up in the Under 6 age group.

Rush.dance have just competed at UDO Central Scotland street dance championships in Perth, this is the first Qualifier for next year's World street dance championships. Thousands of dancers from all over Scotland came all hoping to make a final and qualify for next year’s big one ‘the World championships’ Solo’s U6 Open, Erna Thain *Runner up* (she is only 3 years old and competing against kids up to age 5+ just shows how fantastic this little worker has done) U8 Novice, Troy Giles *WINNER* and new Scottish Central champion, Ava Cook 4th place.

Rushdance Kids Swept The Boards At Hip Hop Competitions in Grangemouth
Rush.dance competition kids have just competed at MJN Promotions Hip Hop Trophy day in Grangemouth. Willie Miller said, "it's awesome when your school competes hard and then the kids get the rewards, again today Rush.dance showed we are major contenders in the Hip Hop world, teachers Rebecca & Willie Miller are really proud of our achievements at this comp." Rush.dance kids came out on top at the massive Scottish street dance competition - MAD STREET DANCE in Motherwell The competition is the 2nd biggest in Scotland with all the very best street dancers competing. Results on the day - Solo sections, U10 Advanced Solo , Chloe MacGregor *Runner up* Chloe danced in the elite section to become 2nd best U10 street dancer in Scotland was such a fantastic achievement.
