DETAILS: A practical and informed session led by cultural planning experts, featuring high level presentations from Hi-Arts and the National Cultural Planning Steering Group as well as innovative rural and urban-based case studies.
We demonstrate that whether in an urban or rural setting, it's not about 'where' but 'who' - the arts can bring about enormous social and economic change to any community wherever that may be.
