A giant golfer, complete with “ball”, and Highland dancers will be among the performers providing entertainment in Inverness Town House and city centre streets on Friday and Saturday evenings at the Bunkers Festival.   An early evening party atmosphere is being created in the city centre for those returning from the day’s golf at the Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open at Castle Stuart Links.

The young Highland musicians performing in the British School in Amsterdam Three Highland wind bands, comprising pupils from a variety of schools, helpers and music instructors from both the Caithness and Inverness Schools Wind Bands and the East Highland Concert Band, have recently returned from a successful tour to Amsterdam.  The group played three highly successful concerts in and around the Dutch capital.
