From Carol-Ann Mackay

Hi folks,

I would like to draw your attention to the Scottish Traditional Music course that will be taking place in Castletown Heritage Centre from 29th March to the 2nd April this year.

This course is being run by North Highland Connection. Tutors will be members of the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama's Scottish Traditional music course. The final concert will include a Guest appearance from Phil Cunningham. He will perform solo as well as along with participants.

These workshops are open to children and adults and are mostly FREE to attend. All the usual disciplines will be on offer, including fiddle, accordion, piping, bodhran, guitar and whistle.

If you are interested in taking part, or know anyone who would benefit from the experience, please let me know and I will pass your details on.
