26th April 2009

Inverness College UHI will welcome leading literary figure, Dr Fred Freeman, to its Longman Campus on Wednesday, 29 April to host a talk entitled 'The Unknown Burns: The Songs of Robert Burns'.

As part of the Homecoming 2009 celebrations, the talk will introduce an unknown side of Burns with Dr Freeman suggesting that Burns was in fact primarily a songwriter.
