Entertainers prepare for Inverness City Centre Bunkers Festival
10th July 2013
A giant golfer, complete with “ball”, and Highland dancers will be among the performers providing entertainment in Inverness Town House and city centre streets on Friday and Saturday evenings at the Bunkers Festival.
An early evening party atmosphere is being created in the city centre for those returning from the day’s golf at the Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open at Castle Stuart Links.
The Bunkers Festival will run from 7 pm until 8.30 pm on both Friday and Saturday nights. Visitors will also get the chance to have a look inside Inverness Town House for the first time this year as the Fraser School of Highland Dancing and Fiddle Forte will be providing entertainment in the Main Hall.
Performers in the Bunkers Festival are competing to discover who can find the most unusual places to perform as they tour the city centre.
