Findhorn Bay Arts vision is to celebrate Moray’s cultural assets and Findhorn Bay as an area of outstanding beauty and raise awareness of Moray as a thriving cultural hub. In the build up to the first Findhorn Bay Arts Festival in 2014 a Culture Day will take place all around the bay of Findhorn – throughout Kinloss, Findhorn and Forres, from 11am – 5pm on Saturday 21 Sept 2013.

As part of Culture Day we will be presenting short extracts from Shakespeare’s Macbeth in unexpected locations and situations. These extracts will be performed by what appear to be ordinary members of the public but are in fact volunteer actors who will be interactive guides for the day!

Actors Wanted!

Are you interested in giving impromptu performances of short extracts from Shakespeare’s Macbeth in various locations and premises in Forres, Findhorn and Kinloss?

Yes? – Then come along to a meeting in Forres House Community Centre on Thursday 20th June at 7pm to find out more (Bring a copy of the play if you have one, but don’t worry if you can’t)

Participants must be over 16 years old and will be engaged on a voluntary basis to work with a professional director. Rehearsals will be held in August and September 2013
