Ages 5 - 105
50mins theatre show with live French music session post-show and a cuppie – bring any goodies you fancy sharing.

Marie was no ordinary woman ... at fifteen, when her mother died, she raised her siblings, learned four different languages including Esperanto, got a degree, became a prize-winning cook, dancer, gymnast, swimmer, fencer, bob-sledder and canoed from Paris to Germany. However, she longed for something more. She longed to fly. Come on an odyssey of the skies and discover the incredible life and adventures of one of France's first female aviators, otherwise known as the Fiancee of Danger. This is a magical tale of a young woman’s yearning for unbound freedom.

Friday 1 May - The Beautiful House
Age 12+
This taut tragedy pulls apart love, death and how life should be lived as the living and the dead journey together to the dramatic conclusion.
Profound, funny, cleverly-written and passionately-presented by the two actors, this play reached into you and yanked at the very guts of what we believe life and death are about.

Wednesday 20 May - A World Beyond Man
Based on a true story, A World Beyond Man is the tale of Valerian Albanov. His is a saga of determination and betrayal; of man against savage nature. An intimate telling of an epic story of ice, polar bears, determination and betrayal. "What a brilliant piece of theatre! We were transported to frozen wastes in this one man show for a desperate true tale of a struggle to survive. The skill of the acting and the simple use of a few props brought it all alive. A must see!"

Upcoming:
Tuesday July 14th - TBC – French Canadian Band
Sunday 23rd August at 2.30pm The War of the Buttons – summer family show directly from France.
